Bronze to Success, established in 2018, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of low-income and middle-class youth in the Southeast U.S. by fostering character development, leadership, and self-confidence. Founded by Rodrick Woodard, a U.S. Army veteran with a Master of Public Administration, the organization addresses the mentoring gap for disadvantaged youth, creating opportunities for their success.
