who we are

About Us

Bronze to Success, established in 2018, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income and middle-class youth and families in the Southeast United States by fostering character development and leadership skills. Founded by Rodrick Woodard, a 14-year U.S. Army veteran with a Master of Public Administration, the organization addresses the mentoring gap for disadvantaged youth through innovative projects and expert guidance. Inspired by the belief in collective effort, Mr. Woodard launched the initiative to provide opportunities and build a strong foundation for success among at-risk individuals.
